How do I register as an operator?
- Download the VendoMap app via the App Store or Google Play.
- Create an account using email, Google or Apple.
- Choose "Operator" in the role selection menu.
- Fill in your business and vending machine info (you can add multiple machines).
- The VendoMap team will validate your ownership claim(s) within 2 to 3 business days and then automatically grant you access to manage your vending machine(s). You don't need to install anything extra or submit a request. When a new option appears in the navigation bar, your registration is successful. In the meantime, you can use the app as a regular user.
How do I find vending machines near me?
- Open the VendoMap app and grant location access.
- The app immediately shows every vending machine in your area, based on where you are.
- Use the search function to find vending machines or menu items, or filter by category to find what you need faster.
Why aren't some vending machines in the app?
VendoMap already lists over 400 vending machine locations across Belgium. Our mission is to make every vending machine findable in one app.
That only works when operators claim and add their machines. On top of that, we're actively scouting new machines and adding them to the catalogue.
