Dit privacybeleid beschrijft hoe Bertonix Consulting ("wij", "ons") jouw persoonsgegevens verwerkt wanneer je de mobiele applicatie VendoMap (de "App") gebruikt of de website vendomap.be (de "Website") bezoekt.

2. Welke gegevens verwerken wij?

2.1 Accountgegevens

Wanneer je een account aanmaakt:

• E-mailadres
• Weergavenaam
• Profielfoto (optioneel)
• Wachtwoord (gehasht — wij kunnen het zelf niet lezen)

2.2 Apparaat- en gebruiksgegevens

• Besturingssysteem en app-versie
• Taalvoorkeur
• Push-meldingstoken (om meldingen te kunnen sturen via Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Apparaat-ID voor advertenties (IDFA op iOS, AAID op Android) — alleen met jouw uitdrukkelijke toestemming, voor advertenties via Google AdMob
• Foutrapporten en anonieme gebruiksstatistieken (alleen indien je hiermee instemt)

2.3 Locatiegegevens

Wij gebruiken je locatie alleen wanneer je daarvoor toestemming geeft, en uitsluitend om automaten in jouw buurt te tonen. Wij bewaren geen historische locatiegegevens.

2.4 Door jou aangeleverde inhoud

• Voorraadmeldingen ("vol", "leeg", enz.)
• Beoordelingen en commentaar
• Favorieten en gevolgde automaten
• Foto's en menu-informatie (voor uitbaters)

3. Waarom verwerken wij deze gegevens?

4. Met wie delen wij jouw gegevens?

Wij delen jouw gegevens alleen met externe dienstverleners die ons helpen de dienst te leveren ("verwerkers"):

• Google LLC / Firebase — authenticatie, database (Firestore), push-meldingen (FCM), Cloud Functions, hosting van deze website. Gegevens worden verwerkt in de EU en de Verenigde Staten.
• Google AdMob — advertentiebezorging. Alleen bij toestemming.
• Apple Inc. en Google LLC — distributie via de App Store en Google Play.

Wanneer je toestemming geeft voor gepersonaliseerde advertenties, kunnen je IDFA/AAID en contextuele gegevens worden verwerkt door door Google AdMob gecertificeerde advertentiepartners. Google houdt de volledige lijst bij; bekijk hem op support.google.com/admob/answer/9012903.

Wij verkopen jouw gegevens nooit aan derden.

5. Internationale doorgiften

Sommige van deze verwerkers (zoals Google) zijn gevestigd in de Verenigde Staten. Doorgiften gebeuren op basis van de EU-VS Data Privacy Framework en/of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. Hoe lang bewaren wij gegevens?

• Accountgegevens: zolang je account bestaat. Bij verwijdering: binnen 30 dagen volledig gewist (logs uitgezonderd).
• Voorraadmeldingen en commentaar: 12 maanden, of till je ze zelf verwijdert.
• Boekhoudkundige gegevens (uitbaters): 7 jaar (wettelijke verplichting).
• Foutrapporten en analytics: 14 maanden, daarna geanonimiseerd.

7. Jouw rechten

Onder de AVG heb je het recht om:

• jouw gegevens in te kijken, te corrigeren of te verwijderen;
• de verwerking te beperken of er bezwaar tegen te maken;
• jouw gegevens in een gestructureerd formaat over te dragen;
• jouw toestemming op elk moment in te trekken (zonder gevolgen voor eerder rechtmatig verwerken);
• een klacht in te dienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (GBA).

Stuur een mail naar support@vendomap.be om een verzoek in te dienen. Wij antwoorden binnen 30 dagen.

8. Beveiliging

Wij gebruiken industrie-standaard beveiligingsmaatregelen (HTTPS/TLS, gehashte wachtwoorden, toegangscontrole bij verwerkers, regelmatige beveiligingsupdates) om jouw gegevens te beschermen.

9. Minderjarigen

VendoMap is niet bedoeld voor kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar. Wij verzamelen niet bewust gegevens van minderjarigen. Indien je vermoedt dat een minderjarige toch een account heeft aangemaakt, contacteer ons.

10. Cookies en lokale opslag

De Website gebruikt minimale lokale opslag (localStorage) om jouw taalvoorkeur te bewaren. Er worden geen tracking cookies geplaatst zonder toestemming.

11. Wijzigingen aan dit beleid

Wij kunnen dit beleid aanpassen. De datum bovenaan wordt dan bijgewerkt. Bij wezenlijke wijzigingen brengen wij je via de App of e-mail op de hoogte.

Cette politique de confidentialité décrit la manière dont Bertonix Consulting (« nous », « notre ») traite vos données personnelles lorsque vous utilisez l'application mobile VendoMap (l'« Application ») ou lorsque vous visitez le site web vendomap.be (le « Site web »).

2.1 Données de compte

Lorsque vous créez un compte :

• Adresse e-mail
• Nom d'affichage
• Photo de profil (facultatif)
• Mot de passe (haché — nous ne pouvons pas le lire nous-mêmes)

2.2 Données relatives à l'appareil et à l'utilisation

• Système d'exploitation et version de l'application
• Préférence linguistique
• Jeton (token) de notification push (afin de pouvoir envoyer des notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Identifiant publicitaire de l'appareil (IDFA sur iOS, AAID sur Android) — uniquement avec votre consentement explicite, pour les publicités via Google AdMob
• Rapports d'erreurs et statistiques d'utilisation anonymes (uniquement si vous y consentez)

2.3 Données de localisation

Nous n'utilisons votre localisation que si vous nous en donnez l'autorisation, et exclusivement pour afficher les distributeurs automatiques à proximité de chez vous. Nous ne conservons aucun historique de vos données de localisation.

2.4 Contenu fourni par vos soins

• Signalements de stock (« plein », « vide », etc.)
• Évaluations et commentaires
• Distributeurs favoris et localisations suivies
• Photos et informations sur les menus (pour les exploitants)

3. Pourquoi traitons-nous ces données ?

4. Avec qui partageons-nous vos données ?

Nous partageons vos données uniquement avec des prestataires de services externes qui nous aident à fournir le service (« sous-traitants ») :

• Google LLC / Firebase — authentification, base de données (Firestore), notifications push (FCM), Cloud Functions, hébergement de ce site web. Les données sont traitées au sein de l'UE et aux États-Unis.
• Google AdMob — diffusion de publicités. Uniquement en cas de consentement.
• Apple Inc. et Google LLC — distribution via l'App Store et Google Play.

Lorsque vous consentez à des publicités personnalisées, votre IDFA/AAID et vos données contextuelles peuvent être traités par des partenaires publicitaires certifiés par Google AdMob. Google tient à jour la liste complète ; vous pouvez la consulter sur support.google.com/admob/answer/9012903.

Nous ne vendons jamais vos données à des tiers.

5. Transferts internationaux

Certains de ces sous-traitants (tels que Google) sont établis aux États-Unis. Les transferts sont effectués sur la base du Cadre de protection des données UE-États-Unis (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) et/ou des Clauses contractuelles types (SCCs).

6. Combien de temps conservons-nous vos données ?

• Données de compte : tant que votre compte existe. En cas de suppression : effacement complet dans les 30 jours (à l'exception des journaux de logs).
• Signalements de stock et commentaires : 12 mois, ou jusqu'à ce que vous les supprimiez vous-même.
• Données comptables (exploitants) : 7 ans (obligation légale).
• Rapports d'erreurs et analyses : 14 months, puis anonymisés.

7. Vos droits

En vertu du RGPD, vous disposez d'un droit :

• d'accès, de rectification ou de suppression de vos données ;
• de limitation du traitement ou d'opposition à celui-ci ;
• de portabilité de vos données dans un format structuré ;
• de retrait de votre consentement à tout moment (sans effet sur la légalité des traitements effectués antérieurement) ;
• d'introduire une réclamation auprès de l'Autorité de protection des données (APD).

8. Sécurité

Nous utilisons des mesures de sécurité conformes aux normes de l'industrie (HTTPS/TLS, mots de passe hachés, contrôle d'accès auprès des sous-traitants, mises à jour régulières de sécurité) pour protéger vos données.

9. Mineurs

VendoMap n'est pas destiné aux enfants de moins de 16 ans. Nous ne collectons pas sciemment de données relatives à des mineurs. Si vous soupçonnez qu'un mineur a néanmoins créé un compte, veuillez nous contacter.

10. Cookies et stockage local

Le Site web utilise un stockage local minimal (localStorage) afin de mémoriser votre préférence linguistique. Aucun cookie de suivi (tracking) n'est déposé sans votre consentement.

11. Modifications de cette politique

Nous pouvons adapter cette politique. La date figurant en haut de page sera alors mise à jour. En cas de modifications substantielles, nous vous en informerons via l'Application ou par e-mail.

• Push notification token (to deliver notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) — only with your explicit consent, for ads via Google AdMob
• Crash reports and anonymous usage statistics (only if you opt in)

2.3 Location data

We only use your location when you grant permission, and exclusively to show vending machines near you. We do not store historical location data.

2.4 User-generated content

• Stock reports ("full", "empty", etc.)
• Ratings and comments
• Favourites and followed machines
• Photos and menu information (for operators)

We share data only with external service providers that help us deliver the service ("processors"):

• Google LLC / Firebase — authentication, database (Firestore), push notifications (FCM), Cloud Functions, hosting of this website. Data is processed in the EU and the United States.
• Google AdMob — ad delivery. Only with consent.
• Apple Inc. and Google LLC — distribution via the App Store and Google Play.

When you consent to personalised ads, your IDFA/AAID and contextual data may be processed by Google AdMob's certified ad partners. The full list is maintained by Google at support.google.com/admob/answer/9012903.

We never sell your data to third parties.

5. International transfers

Some of these processors (such as Google) are based in the United States. Transfers are made on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. How long do we keep data?

• Account data: as long as your account exists. Upon deletion: fully erased within 30 days (except logs).
• Stock reports and comments: 12 months, or until you delete them yourself.
• Accounting data (operators): 7 years (legal obligation).
• Crash reports and analytics: 14 months, anonymised thereafter.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• access, rectify or delete your data;
• restrict processing or object to it;
• port your data in a structured format;
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier lawful processing);
• lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA).

Email support@vendomap.be to submit a request. We reply within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures (HTTPS/TLS, hashed passwords, access control at processors, regular security updates) to protect your data.

9. Minors

VendoMap is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you suspect a minor has created an account, please contact us.

10. Cookies and local storage

The Website uses minimal local storage (localStorage) to remember your language preference. No tracking cookies are set without consent.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top will be updated accordingly. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email.
